This laboratory is dedicated to the teaching of food chemistry. The principal activities involve the understanding of the main metabolic pathways leading to the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites in the context of functional foods and nutraceuticals.
The laboratory is equipped with: 22 magnetic heating stirrers (Argolab); Rotary Evaporator.
