This laboratory is dedicated to the teaching of the relationships between molecular properties and the macroscopic behaviour of matter. The principal activities involve the understanding of physicochemical processes and chemical transformations through the application of experimental models applicable in laboratory settings.
The laboratory is equipped with: 4 chemical fume hoods (RX Smart Bicasa); Mahler Calorimeter mod. TE9/EV (Elettronica Veneta); Spectrofluorimeter Fluoromax mod. TCSPCC Jobin Yvon Tect Analogy (Horiba Scientific); Spectrophotometer mod. V-770 (Jasco) with specific accessories; FT-IR Spectrometer Spectrum Two mod. UATR-TWO (PerkinElmer); Analytical Balance mod. DL 224 Basic (XS).
